• Donations: when you donate, your email address and donation amount are shared with us by our payment processor, Paystack, to confirm and record your gift. We do not receive or store your card details — Paystack handles payment information directly under its own security standards.
• Cookie preference: we store a single preference in your browser (via local storage) to remember whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner, so we don't ask again on every visit.

How we use this information

We use the information above only to:

• Respond to messages sent through our contact form
• Confirm and record donations, and send donation receipts
• Set up and manage recurring monthly donations you opt into
• Improve the accessibility and content of this website

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who we share information with

We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers so they can perform their function on our behalf:

• Paystack — processes donation payments and card details
• Google (Gmail) — delivers contact-form messages to our team
• Sanity — hosts the public content on this site (blog posts, team profiles, program information); it does not receive donor or contact-form data
